John Mathew  (Chairperson of the Trust) – John is a prominent member of the Hermanus society and is the Managing Director of the Whale Coast Community Radio and newspaper and very involved in community activities.

Ms. Nompumelelo Tebele  (Secretary) – Mpumi is a prominent member of Society living in one of the communities where the Hermanus Rainbow Trust provides Community and Social Development services and support. She is very involved in community activities and well respected.

Bruce Fraser (Trustee) – Bruce is a prominent businessman quite active in community and social development projects and mentors several youths living in surrounding areas. He is a shareholder at Bruce Catering.

Michell Sapepa (Trustee) - She as a community service provider and works a lot with the community. She is more involved in Community Development projects and resides in the same communities HRT operates.

Noel Madubela (Trustee) - He stays in the same area that we offer our services, and he understands dynamics of local communities and he is a retired Court Interpreter.

HRT is governed by a minimum of 5 Trustees as above. These have the fiduciary duties to oversee the processes, gaps and successes and functions of the organisation.
